Denver's Gay Realtor for LGBTQ+ Buyers and Sellers

Straightforward, judgment-free guidance from an agent who's part of the community he serves. Buying your first home, selling to move in with a partner, or finding a house you can hack into rental income, I've got you.

Meet Erich

I'm Erich Ziegler, a Colorado native and gay Realtor living right here in Denver. I've spent years helping buyers and sellers across the metro area, and a good chunk of that work has been with LGBTQ+ clients who wanted an agent who already gets it: the questions about which neighborhoods feel welcoming, how to talk to a lender or inspector who might not be, and how to make a house feel like a home, whatever your family looks like.

I specialize in first-time home buyers and in ADUs and house hacking, which means I can help you buy a place that pays you back, whether that's a duplex, a home with a basement unit, or a lot where an accessory dwelling makes sense. Whatever brings you to Denver's market, I'll walk you through it clearly and without the runaround.

When I'm not showing houses, you'll usually find me outside somewhere in the Front Range: rock climbing, snowboarding, hiking, camping, paddle boarding, or mountain biking. I'm also a live music fan, and most days my dog Elke is right there with me.

Why work with an LGBTQ+ realtor in Denver

Buying or selling a home means letting someone into a lot of personal decisions: who you live with, how you're building a family, which neighborhoods will feel comfortable day to day. Not every agent, lender, or inspector you'll meet along the way has thought hard about that, and it shows up in small ways that add friction to a process that's already stressful.

Working with an agent who shares that experience means:

  • No explaining or re-explaining who your partner is or how your household works
  • Neighborhood advice that accounts for where LGBTQ+ buyers actually feel at home, not just school ratings and commute times
  • A referral network of lenders, inspectors, and attorneys who are genuinely welcoming, not just tolerant
  • Someone who understands the added weight of finding the right fit, not just the right square footage

How I can help

Buying your first home. From figuring out what you can actually afford to writing a competitive offer, I'll walk you through every step, especially if this is your first time.

Selling your home. Pricing, staging, and marketing your home to the right buyers, with the same care I'd want if it were mine.

ADUs and house hacking. I help buyers find properties with existing accessory dwelling units, or the potential to add one, so your mortgage isn't the only thing paying the bills.

Relocating to Denver. Moving to Denver from out of state and want a realistic read on which neighborhoods fit your life and budget? I'll give it to you straight.
